Hi, my name is Luka. I'm a 21 year old trans man who has been in the process of seeking medical transition for the last 7 years. I've known I need top surgery since I discovered it was even an option for people like me, I had my consultation late last year and have since been saving every extra penny to fund this, but I've barely made a dent.
