I don't even know what to say, I was busting my butt smiling at work and all of a sudden the cement ground and glass walls exploded out of the ground like that big worm on movie Tremors... A big white S.UV. hit me and threw me into a endcap and landed on me. My knee and leg is sideways wacky looking and my hip and side is all got smashed. I am very lucky to be alive but it was tramitizing to say the least. Not even a oops or hey man sorry for almost killing you, but the worse part is now its Christmas time. I cashed in my vacation time last cycle and now iam ass out. The most horrible thing has been seeing my life almost end like that and having workman's comp treat me horribly. Sedgwick is rhe worse, made me do my own leg work, put me off and off, always out the office and scheduling drs. Appointments n feb... then they send me a letter that a third party is involved and will not pay my workman's comp and want to sue me for medical bills and anything else they may be stuck for... I already have to pay for medicine myself and keep receipts and hopefully get reimbursed later... I can't nomore, indidnt ask for this and now iam forced to ask for help... breaks my heart but least iam alive to experience something, even if it's been treated so horrible so far behind this situation I was put in. Everyone is like sit tight, heal, while in real world iam hurting and got bills. Thank you in advance, I'll pay yall back
