Craig Lemons is a single parent that was struck with severe health issues in November, 2014. His blood pressure readings were consistently dropping well below normal levels, causing vasovagal episodes and syncope. He was put through extensive testing and eventually suffered a massive heart attack on April 11, 2015. He has been struggling financially as he fights his way back to good health.
