Visiting my son/sailor

My son joined the Navy a little over 2 years ago. Up until that point in his life we saw or talked to each other quite often. I have had the opportunity in life to visit each place he has been stationed. They were each very accessible with minimal out of pocket expense.
This past January he became stationed overseas. Although I have been able to talk to him via phone, it is beyond my means to visit him. He keeps asking me when I am coming to visit. He has no visitors from home. I really want to be able to visit for his next birthday, as this past May was the first I have not been around for his birthday. I am so proud of the sacrifice he has made for our freedom! He is brave and kind. I am proud to call him my son! I just need some help getting there. Thank you for your time.
