My home has been neglected due to my medical issues. I've been out of the workforce since 2013 due to what seemed like endless knee surgeries. In total, 5 Total Knee Replacements and the amputation in 2.5 years! Still facing issues related to this.  Even with insurance, between Cobra payments and out of pocket my bank account is nearly empty. I'm a widower so there is no other wage earner in the house. I currently rely on Disability for income. My roof is past needing replacement and there are 3 rooms that have ceiling leaks. The heat-pump is running much longer than past years and is beyond it's design life so I know I'm on borrowed time there. I would feel so much more secure if these issues could be addressed this spring. The repairs would lift a lot of worry off my mind. Help from neighbors and strangers has always surprised me with the amount of help and love for others. I only hope my prayers of thanks equal the generosity you could show me. May God bless you all.
