Rebuild home after tragic Fire & no insurance

My neighbors house got burnt down in a fire. They did not have insurance at the time of the incident. The husband got sick and lost his job. The wife got cancer shortly after. These unfortunate events lead them to not be able to afford insurance due to an excessive amount of medical bills. Unfortunately without insurance they will not be able to fix their property without having out of pocket expenses. They have no help, no family in this country, and lost everything they worked hard for. Please help us help them rebuild their lives after this devastating unexpected event.
