Christmas fun run

On Tuesday we will have a total of 150 runners completing our course in Greenwich Park. Students will be encouraged to complete a 1km, 3km or 5km distance. We will be raising funds for our two selected charities this year: The DonMcMath charity and DEC: the Disaster Emergency Committee.

The Don McMath Charity is a charity we have supported for a number of years. It is a not-for-profit organisation that provides free education to children from the poorest families living within a 3-mile radius of the Don McMath School. Our school has sponsored a number of students to attend school and progress to university. These children would otherwise have been unable to access education. This fundraising has been life changing for many of the students at the school.

DEC: Disasters Emergency Committee: This charity is supporting people affected by hardship across the world. Donations help to provide emergency cash transfers, shelter, medical treatment, hot food, clean water and hygiene provisions for those most in need.
