Hello it took me to swallow my entire pride to do this as i have always fought my own battles and struggles in life since i was young but im at a crossroads in life that i wish no one ever has to face. Myself and my family is currently facing an eviction proceeding that is schedule for December 21st and if I’m unable to raise the monies needed to pay off what i owe we will be without a home. Most will ask how we have gotten to this point but to give anyone who may wonder some insight on what happened. My significant other had to have multiple surgeries done that left her incapacitated and unable to care for our 2 toddler boys at home and her medical conditions only have gotten worse. Unfortunately i had take time off from work to care for her and to take care of my two boys who as any parent knows require a lot of care. In the midst of everything that was going i fell behind on my rent situation. I had a previous agreement with the property manager of my building who since then has been replaced and with the new management in place they are not willing to work with me on the matter. Thus if i am unable to pay them what i currently owe they will proceed with eviction. If anyone knows the housing court in New Jersey is not tenant friendly and will not intervene with a settlement that is entirely between tenant and landlord and if im unable to pay what i owe they will file judgement in favor of the landlord. As everyone who know me personally my life revolves around my family and my two boys who mean the world to me and i can’t phantom the thought of having to live in the streets with them and so I’m pleading with everyone i share this with to please find it in your heart to help us out.
