HI! My name is Sarah & I’m thankful you’re here through this part of my story :)

This year has been a whirlwind of seemingly never-ending doctor’s appts, ER visits, admissions into hospitals, and 5 surgeries & procedures just since July 2025. This recent medical journey started 3 years ago, in 2022, but my routine check-ups this year have turned into a longer recovery.

I’ve been navigating a cancer scare (They found 30+ tumors), chronic pain issues, 25+ diagnosed food allergies, possible autoimmune diseases, and ongoing testing to provide clearer answers. I’m beyond thankful for the care of the many doctors I have seen, and especially for Mayo Clinic Hopsital, who has taken me under their wing.

While I am grateful for the care I’ve received, I still have a long road ahead. Many doctors have told me with honesty that I’m a “never-seen-before” case. On top of that, the overwhelming amount of medical bills, combined with missing more than 3 months of full-time work this past year, has made even the basic essentials of paying rent, gas, food, schooling, etc. even harder.
