Jim recently lacerated his wrist while working a construction job. During an ER visit this morning, the Doctor informed us that he would be out of work for well over a month. In addition to caring for his wife (who is currently suffering from end stage emphysema), Jim will have to cover ER visit, surgery with hand specialist to attempt reconnecting tendons, pain medication, and food/shelter while in recovery. For those of you that know Jim, you know how positive and strong he is; despite whatever obstacles life sends his way. Unfortunately, we will need all the help we can get in recovery!
