Hello friends,

This is Chase and Erin asking for a little help paying for an emergency surgery for our sweet Poppy.

When we first rescued this angel, she had double perineal hernias from being a puppy mill breeder. She had surgery several years ago to correct this, but some time over the last year, one of them came back. She had seemingly been fine until a few days ago when she started acting very lethargic and mostly uninterested in food. We were able to get Poppy in at the vet this afternoon and we discovered that a loop of her bowels has slipped through the hernia and will need to be surgically fixed. Luckily, we were able to work something out and get her in for surgery tomorrow, but this is a surgery that could cost anywhere from $1700-$3000.
