Carolina and I rescued prince from a shelter out of Texas. Since then he has become a beloved family member.

Prince has since then been diagnosed with Heart Worm. This would have happened before we rescued him from a mosquito bite.

The treatment for heart worm is highly successful (98%) and our local vet has a 100% success rate using it. We are now half way through his treatment, Carolina and I have been giving him daily medications to prepare for the second half of his treatment. Prince cannot get exercise during these times and we have to ensure his heart rate does not go up whenever possible

All was well financially as we had talked to my mom who was more than willing to loan us the money and we would pay her back and she loves Prince. Unfortunately last week my mom suddenly passed away. We are scrambling to get the funds together for his first shot in the middle of July and then his subsequent two shots in august.

Prince is an amazing dog with a gentle soul. He is young and has many years ahead of him if we can finish this treatment for him.

100% of the funds raised will go towards getting Prince the shots that kill heart worm. The first being in Mid July and the second and third being one month after.
