As many of you know I have been battling cancer for nearly two years. I had been able to manage it up through this past February when I received a progress test showing that it had spread to an additional spot. With this news I have ramped up the synergy of traditional and holistic treatments that I am doing and the medical bills that I have incurred since the summer of 2015 are mounting very high.
In addition to this, I have not been able to work for the past 12 months. I am receiving a disability income.
This means I have lost my employer-paid health benefits. I am now trying to add the cost of paying for a health plan 100% out of pocket. As a single person with just one income, I have become maxed out on my ability to keep up with the bills.
The current treatment will last through the start of May and then a re-test. But I need help now to pay for my insurance, my out of pocket expenses such as iron IVs to keep my red blood cells from plummeting, prescribed supplements, and many medical bills.
With help from you I will be able to pay for the monthly insurance premium of $630, for supplements and the portion of treatments that insurance doesn't cover. In other words, keep my head above water.
with your help I won't have to have the stress of finances in addition to my cancer.
