We come together in support of our dear friend and family member, Matt Cavin, who is facing one of the most brutal battles of his life—his fight against cancer. Matt is not just a remarkable individual; he is a dedicated senior aircraft mechanic at Atlas Air and a proud veteran of the Air Force. He has always been passionate about service, including several years as a volunteer firefighter in Hebron, KY, where he selflessly helped his community.

Hailing from Fairfield, Ohio, Matt now resides in Northern Kentucky, close to his workplace. He has a loving and supportive wife, Lisa Cavin, along with two wonderful children and grandchildren who are all deeply affected by the recent news of his diagnosis. After being given a challenging prognosis, with only a 43% chance of survival if he undergoes aggressive treatment, Matt has shown immense strength and courage throughout this ordeal.

Matt has already undergone two surgeries to remove the cancer, which unfortunately had spread to his lymph nodes. He is now in a rigorous treatment plan, receiving chemotherapy at an intensive rate. The emotional and financial toll on Matt and his family has been overwhelming, and they need our support more than ever during this critical time.
