Fighting to Survive!

Hi,

I'm Jelani Davis, 51, and recently I have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure, a condition that runs in my family, after a two month stay in Loyola Hospital Medical Group. Doctors told me my heart is operating at 10% capacity when I was admitted and would likely need to have a Left Ventricle Assist Device surgically implanted. I was also placed on the heart transplant list.
