Hi my name is Jonathan Jackson Jr and I'm fundraising for my father Jonathan Jackson Sr who's pictured in the photo. My father has a LUNG DISEASE, and he needs to have a LUNG TRANSPLANT. The money I'm trying to raise is for his CARE AFTER SURGERY. As some of you may know the care after the TRANSPLANT will be the most critical part. And what my father's care will consist of is LOTS OF MEDICATION, A PLACE TO STAY FOR HIM AND MY GRANDMOTHER WHO WILL BE MY FATHERS CAREGIVER ONCE HE IS RELEASED FROM THE HOSPITAL TO A LOCATION CLOSE TO THE HOSPITAL. PLUS REHAB. My father had a chance to see me graduate high-school, college, and the Police Academy. But I know he would love to see my sister graduate high school and college. My family is humble and would truly appreciate any help we can get. And we ask for prayers for my father. With Prayer and God anything is possible
