Jack Moore Memorial Fund

It is with incredible sadness that we share the passing of our beloved friend Jack Moore, on August 24, 2021.

Jack lit up any room he walked into with his bright smile and engaging personality. He was a key member of St. John’s (SJC) wrestling and football teams, and was the quarterback of Blair High School’s football team. Throughout his time at SJC and Blair High School, Jack developed many close relationships with friends, coaches and those who he had the chance to meet and work with. Jack will always be remembered as a bright, happy, caring and passionate son, brother and friend to so many.

We have set up a fund for Jack's memorial and celebration of life, during this very difficult time.
