Help me stay in my apartment

My name is Jaraya, I go by Raye and I'm reaching out for help from my community and whoever may come across this fundraiser.

As of September 26th, I was given a summon for eviction action. This was due to me giving notice to my front office of my apartment that I would not be able to pay my half of the rent for September, which is $1,050.46 but just needed until the 15th. I have been unemployed since late July and was making ends meet by doing app gigs like Amazon flex and food delivery but I wasn't able to get funds for rent by the promise to pay agreement date of the 15th. I've been spam applying to jobs like crazy, following up the locations and having interviews but with no luck so far, but I'm still hopeful for getting a job.

They did inform me that this would be sent to court, under the assumption that it was for me only owing half the rent, not for an eviction.

I've reached out to any and every emergency rental assistance program, most I don't qualify for since I'm a single person without kids, or taking care of the elderly. I did check for ones that didn't have that requirement and they're capped for finances so they couldn't accept any new applicants by the deadline but I am still looking to attempt when it's available. I don't have family that can help me before the eviction date, I just want to cover all options before I get forced to move.

I'm required to show up on Oct 3rd but there is information about the amount I still owe but now it's added with legal fees.

Total balance after judgement is $1,615.05 - including $63.00 filing fee, $80 Process server fee and $100 attorney fee.
