Well.....here we go.

After finding out the shocking news about Carrie having lung cancer, she will begin her fight with chemo and radiation within the next couple weeks once she has had more time to heal from her lung surgery.

It's going to be a long, challenging road ahead of Carrie and the last thing she needs to worry about is money and being able to still pay daily expenses as well as uninsured medical expenses ( bills not covered by her medical insurance) that will be coming soon.

We hope to raise some money for her to help with these type of expenses during her upcoming treatment. She needs to focus on healing & get back to enjoying life again with all of us.

Many of you have asked how you can help and were wondering if we were going to set up a Go Fund Me site. Well as many of you know, Carrie is the LAST person to ever ask for help especially when it comes to money. She just goes out and gets another job to make it work. Well she's not going to be able to work for a while so it's her turn to accept help. So I've gone ahead and created this site for her.

Thank you so much for all your thoughts and prayers throughout this unbelieveable time in her life. I think all of us are still in shock...I know I am. I'm just looking forward to helping her get this part of her life behind her as I know all of you are too.

Carrie has worked for years making all of us laugh, smile, and taste some of the best drinks around as a bartender. She's the one we love to see behind that bar when we go out to have a few drinks. Let's support her in any way we can to get her back there because this is NOT where she belongs.
