F45's Heroes Hollywood Campaign - NAMI

As a global network, we are acutely aware of the challenges and struggles facing communities across the world, and we all want to help—that’s what makes F45 a family. This year, it’s fair to say that each and every one of us has struggled in some capacity, some more than others. Mental health is arguably more important than ever before, which is why our first Heroes Hollywood of the year will be dedicated to raising funds for NAMI.

More information about NAMI, Inc (National Alliance on Mental Illness): Millions of people in the United States, 1 in 5 or nearly 60 million, face the day-to-day reality of living with a mental health condition. NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, is the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to providing advocacy, education, support and public awareness so that individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives.
