"Hi everyone, my name is Ildiko Perosa and I am originally from Hungary.
I was very happy to find F 45 to work out. F45 like a family the way everyone support everybody, hard to find that kind of place you are feel like home. F45 team was helped me step by step. I got diagnosed with lymphoma cancer in January 2021. It was very difficult because of the insurance and I wasn't working that time. I found out the insurance I had that time didn't cover the Pet scan so was everything delayed. I was at a very advanced stage 3 . I started my chemo treatment Feb 18 finished June 23 of 4 rounds of chemo.
It was difficult, but I was lucky. Now I need to get a PET scan every 3 months. I have good days and bad days. I was lucky I got a lot of support from my family and friends keep up my spirit and a hospital all the nurses, doctors they were very nice to me all the time. I can't wait to get back again, now I just waiting for fully vaccinated so I can get my life back again.
Thanks again all the support from everyone!"

The next beautiful story is about the below F45 Trainer Rebekah's beloved sister Cari. Rebekah has been with F45 Henderson as an incredible trainer for about 2.5 years, puts her heart and soul into what she does, and even more so her bond with her sister Cari is inseparable and strong. Below is what she has to say about Cari's experience with battling cancer.
"My Hero- my beautiful sister Cari Herrera! Wonderful wife of 15 years to Ernie and amazing mother to Taylor and Ry “The Rocket”. Last November 2020, she was blindsided by a stage 4 colon cancer diagnosis. It was non-operable and had spread throughout multiple organs and the rest of her body. She has endured months of Chemo, sickness, pain, wheelchair due to complete weakness, and so much more. But her spirit, strength, and the support of her family keeps her going thru it all. The journey continues everyday is a blessing. My favorite thing has always been our making each other laugh till ours abs hurt! We all are so thankful for all the prayers, love, and support.
Thank you to all that donate and support these two beautiful women during this challenging time! Now let's workout for a good cause!
