F45 Training Hollywood Heroes
The past 12 months has been extremely challenging for everyone and we wanted to do our part in helping out those who are doing it tough.
We're raising money in aid of Beyond Blue Limited and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us and also to them!
More information about Beyond Blue Limited: Beyond Blue's mission is to equip everyone in Australia with the knowledge and skills to achieve their best possible mental health, whatever their age and wherever they live. We give people the confidence to support those around them, and make anxiety, depression and suicide part of everyday conversations. And as well as tackling stigma, prejudice and discrimination, we're breaking down the barriers that prevent people from speaking up and reaching out.
Our Heroes Hollywood Workout will be on April 17 in the studio. Please wear something red or blue to support your team (but not your team singlet), or something choose one of these colours if you are not on a team.
