Help the Byrd Family
Donation protected
As some of you may know, Holly has spent the majority of her time in the classroom teaching students and raising her kids as a single mom. On November 9th, Holly suffered a Hemorrhagic stroke, leaving her unable to move her right arm and leg, as well as the inability to speak and communicate. She was transfered to DODD Rehabilitation Hospital at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. There, she will undergo intense rehabilitation therapy. When Holly is able to return home, she will need ongoing outpatient therapy, help with medical costs, accessibility accommodations in the house, medical equipment, and help with household finance and family expenses. Holly's doctors believe that her recovery will take at least a year. The funds raised will help support Holly and her children during this difficult time.
