I sm a custodian at a church in Tyler, Texas and I am scheduled for right Rotater Cuff surgery on Monday, November 28th. I make about $600.00 a month and the recovery from surgery is going to be about 2 to 6 months. My income might not seem like much to some but it pays for bills or groceries. I am requesting help to make it through till I get back to work
