Caleb’s Fight Against Cancer!

Hey everyone, it’s been hard to be open about this but the more we deal with this the more real things have become. On February 5th, we got the call that our son Caleb’s X-ray of his leg showed possible cancer. The scans (CTs, MRIs, bone scan, biopsy) from there all showed bone cancer in his left tibia. It’s been a lot to process, and chemotherapy has not been easy on our boy. Life hasn’t slowed down, and bills still come just like nothing even happened. Our twins still need us also and sometimes don’t understand why we can’t do the things we used to. We don’t like to have to ask anyone for money, not something we do cuz we know it’s a hard time for everyone with the prices of things these days. Our family is struggling a little right now tho, and at times it can get overwhelming. Also, Caleb is needing a surgery done on his leg in between chemo treatments. We are having insurance issues and may have to pay out of pocket to have this done. This surgery must be done to save his leg and fully get rid of the cancer! We are thankful for God always being with us and giving us an unexplainable peace in this difficult time. Thank you also for taking the time to read this.
