Please help me with major bills

I lost my job due to "a lack of funding," two days before Christmas!  I'm unemployed but actively looking to be hired very soon. I am facing some very expensive bills, including major car repairs and bills related to obtaining my continuous medical education credits at two medical conferences. Since 2012 March 30, I have not worked as a board certified family physician. This was due to my unwittingly accepting bonuses from my former employer that I thought were legit but turned out to be violating the federal anti-kickback statute, a law many physicians are unaware of. I am going to guest speak on this topic at medical schools across the country. I'm also a Veteran physician who will be taking care of Veterans everywhere who cannot get appropriate medical care for whatever reason. I am expecting my medical license to be reinstated in less than six weeks from now, so things will be improving for me soon. Right now, however, I need help with all of these mounting bills that far exceed my savings. Thank you for any support that you or anyone else you know can provide me. I am a Fourth degree Knight of Columbus, a Navy Veteran who proudly took care of the Second Battalion Eighth Marines at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. I will remember each of you who helps me now in my time of hardship and need. In two months, I will be back to my professional calling, as an Independent Contractor Physician, able to see all individuals of all ages. I am going to get other state medical licenses in Indiana, Illinois, Nevada, and California so that I can practice medicine in those states, mainly so that I can take care of Veterans who need excellent medical care but cannot get it at the V.A. Hospitals or clinics. I am also going to speak at the medical schools in those states as a guest lecturer. I will educate medical students and physicians on "How to Practice Medicine Safely Without Violating the Federal Anti-kickback Statute." No other physician can present this lecture from my perspective! Thank you everyone for your help.
