Prickleback Urchin Hedgehog Rescue
Each year I raise money in aid of Prickleback Urchin Hedgehog Rescue by doing some sort of crazy activity and every donation will help.
Having previously completed a sky dive and walked up Mount Snowdon with a 6 year old Noah, this year I have decided to snorkle the Silfra in Iceland. The Silfra is a gap between two tetonic plates, that is filled with water at around 2c°.
This year I am hoping to raise £600. £400 of which will enable The Prickleback Urchin Hedgehog Rescue to purchase a new thermal imaging camera, that will allow them to accurately assess the hedgehogs temperature as soon as they are admitted, this will allow them to provide extra high quality clinical care. £200 will go towards medical costs during the winter period when the Hedgehogs in their care are often with them for longer periods of time due to release being much more difficult during the winter.
Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
