Ghana Volunteer Orphanage Trip

Hello all my lovely family and friends!

I’m going abroad in January 2016 with IVHQ to volunteer at one of the orphanages near Accra in Ghana. As part of this trip I want to be able to contribute as much as I can to these special little souls who have unfortunately lost their parents due to illnesses or they don't have the means to take care of them. So I’m asking for your generous donations!

All money that is raised will be used to buy things such as clothes, shoes, school supplies, medical supplies, mattresses and other necessities that these homes unfortunately lack.

The total amount raised will be put on a visa debit card and everything will be purchased in Accra when I'm able to see what the specific needs are of the orphanage I'm placed in. This not only ensures the money goes to good use, it boosts the local economy!

Any assistance would be graciously accepted and thoroughly appreciated by myself, the children and their local community :)

And of course I will keep you all updated throughout my trip with photos of what has been bought with your generous donations!
