CNY Spay Neuter Assistance Program  - located in Cortland NY has hosted up to 6 high volume spay neuter clinics a month, altering 25-30 animals per clinic. 

Cats and kittens are regularly surrendered to SNAP, many are in need of dental work.  Unfortunately the SNAP Clinic is not equiped to provide that service.
They must rely on outside Veterinarians and that takes money.
