Dean Parry lost his leg in a catastrophic accident

June 2020 update:
good to see Dean progressing well with his prosthetic leg. Spain has been very strict with Lockdown so most appointments had been postponed but back to them now. 


Many of you are aware, but if not, My Brother Dean was a victim of the raging water flash floods (Gota Fria) in Murcia, Spain, in September resulting in serious injuries.

He was a passenger in a car that got swept away in the floods and was pinned under the car with his leg trapped. His friend managed to free him and carried him to the nearest village for help. His ankle was completely shattered so the surgeons had to amputate his leg above the ankle. Then things got worse with sepsis setting in and the doctors had to amputate above the knee. Apart from gifts from well wishers and family support he has no income.

We are sharing this to make anyone who knows Dean aware of what has happened.
If anyone who knows Dean wants to give their support then all is very welcome and much appreciated.
