Above is my favorite picture of my dad, me and my beloved mother, Kamla, who passed away at the beginning of the year due to Covid-19 ,among other health issues. She was put in the hospital around two days before Christmas because she had a terrible cough.  She was admitted to the hospital directly from her dialysis treatment and it was confirmed, she had Corona. She spent an agonizing time in the hospital before passing away on January 10, a month before my 16th birthday.  We were not allowed to see her the whole time in the hospital.
I'll never forget the love my mother gave to me, my father and the world.  My Mom really was an angel to everyone that she met. Even though she was battling a lot of health problems such as diabetes and heart failure, she kept a warm smile on her face and a positive outlook.

Before my mother passed away she asked that her ashes be spread where my grandma, Gwen (her mom) is buried in Hawaii. To honor her wishes, the money I receive from this fundraiser will go towards getting my dad and myself a plane ticket to Hawaii.  The funds will also help us pay for any accommodations such as food, ground transportation/hotel.  Funds would also be used for any costs related to the cemetery for a ceremony.  I am hopeful that there will be enough funds to be able to have a celebration afterwards.

I am hopeful that this fundraiser is successful, I tried to set up a Facebook fundraiser but it got deleted after collection donations due to technicalities, thus all the donations got refunded to the donors.
