Hi, my name is Monique, family friends of Manny & Abby. I am setting up this fundraiser for their 5 children in which the funds will go directly to Abigail’s sister Alejandra Trevino. She will take full custody of their children and raise and love them as her own. These children did not just lose one parent they have lost both which just breaks my heart. No kid should have to face this type of tragedy Please be in prayer for their kids and family during these devastating times!

On Saturday, July 8,2023 the children woke up to find out that their whole world has been taken from them. Our community encountered a very devastating tragedy. Manny a marine corps veteran and Abigail Vargas were flying home from a business trip in the early hours of the morning, where tragically their plane went down as they were trying to land, before bursting into flames. Sadly, all 6 people on board including Manny and Abigail passed away. The sudden and unexpected passing of Manny and Abigail have impacted so many people and will be missed by so many, especially their children. They were amazing parents to 5 beautiful children who they leave behind, Caleb 14 , Alexandria 11, Manny 8, Alberto 3, and Avi 1. Abigail’s sister, Alejandra will be taking the kids in to love and care for. The financial burdens that come with an unexpected loss can be overwhelming. Any money donated will go to Abigail’s sister to help support their children. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this very difficult time.
