I’m reaching out on behalf of my incredible auntie, someone who has spent her life lifting others up, even during the hardest moments of her own.

She has recently been diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), and her symptoms have been progressing rapidly. Her legs, feet, and hands are increasingly affected, making everyday tasks exhausting and painful. She also lives with chronic headaches and overwhelming fatigue that make mobility a daily struggle. An electric wheelchair would make an enormous difference—helping her stay independent, ease her pain, and protect her mental well-being.

On top of this, she has been living with complex PTSD after surviving severe domestic abuse. Despite everything she has been through, she turned her pain into purpose. She founded her own Domestic Abuse charity, which has been running for four years, supporting countless women and children in crisis. This year, she even opened a small salon where she offers free treatments to women in need, giving them moments of care, dignity, and kindness.

She is one of the most selfless, proud, and independent people I know. She would never ask for help herself because she always feels others need it more. But now she needs us. This wheelchair would not only help her regain independence—it would allow her to continue the incredible work she does for others, without pushing her body past its limits.
