My name is Stacy Rubin, and I am asking for your support to help my brave, beautiful sister, Laura Coy. In January, Laura began having debilitating headaches with vertigo. An MRI showed four large tumors growing in her brain (one in the Frontal Lobe, three in the Cerebellum). These tumors were actively pushing her brain to the left side of her head.
She immediately underwent surgery to decrease the fluid around the largest tumor. Multiple tests and scans have now shown devastating news... Stage 4 Metastatic Lung Cancer. Ninety percent of her lungs and neck are compromised, along with the tumors in her brain.
This will be a long and involved journey, but Laura is ready to fight! Thankfully, she has the support of her loving husband, Bud, but unfortunately, she had to quit her job, which has greatly impacted their financial stability. We appreciate any amount that you can donate. All money will be put toward the mounting medical bills as well as cost of living expenses. If you are unable to donate, we appreciate all positive thoughts and prayers!
God is good, and we have faith that He will continue to support her through this. We are incredibly proud of Laura, and we are so grateful for her presence in our lives! Thank you SO much for your help!
