Justin has sadly passed away after a tragic motorcycle accident. He was 26 years old, about to be 27, before his life was ended. Justin was supposed to be gone for 10 minutes to run an errand. He was planning a surprise for his girlfriend and needed one last thing for a homemade dessert. He was almost home before being aggressively pursued by an unmarked police vehicle for reasons that are still unclear. Many pieces of this puzzle are missing but this does not sound like our soft-spoken Justin. Regardless, death should have never been the outcome. This holds true for anyone in our community and the mishandling of the situation is appalling.

Justin had an exciting new job offer. He had many bright plans for his future. He had just fallen in love and was laying the foundation to build a life with her. He should still be here. As a result of the incident, two other innocent people have also lost their lives. Our hearts go out to them. All of our families are devastated.
