Hey Everyone I’m Alaa!

As you may have heard on the news Tristan Anderson was murdered in broad daylight at Marlborough Train Station while on his way to his mothers house for supper.

His mother Heather Anderson is a dear friend of mine. She worked with my autistic child for 3 years. Heather was amazing with my son and other children and had such an impact on our family. Anytime I needed her she was there no questions asked. When I got stuck overseas during COVID she was at my house everyday helping the kids with schooling and getting them out of the house.

Heather is a special person to me and my family and when speaking to her about every mothers worst nightmare she was telling me they do not have the funds for a funeral and cremation which is Tristan and families wish. I want to help her raise some funds to cover these unexpected costs.

Tristan was born September 11 1995 and had just turned 28. He always had a welcoming and big smile on his face and was willing to help anyone even if that meant he had to take the shirt off his back. Tristan had autism and struggled with addictions in the past but was clean and sober when this tragedy occurred. He was an amazing guitar player and recently started playing guitar again. He still had so much life to live.

I asked Heather for some pictures and she sent me some she had but also others from the candil light vigil held for him . I saw a photo of him eating a hamburger and loved it ! Heather responded with the following

The question was, when wasn't he eating lol he always ate food like he couldn't get enough. My son could eat us out of house and home. He was always hungry unlike his brother who only ate tidbits oatmeal and cheese sandwiches till he was twelve. But Tristan would eat everything when he was younger I just had to say it was chicken lol.

Please help me help Heather and her family honour Tristan and help relieve some financial hardships, during a time when your only worries should be dealing with the grief and celebrating his time with us.
