My dog Lai lais vet bills
Donation protected
Hi my name is Samm and the pretty gal in the photo is my dog LaiLai. I have had her since she was 11 months old. 12 years strong with my babygirl. Recently in Sept she had a surgery to remove a large growth off her eye which costed me $2k. Fast forward to few weeks later she's having issues peeing. Brought her Into her vet westosha vet in Salem and they did a urine sample culture and found bacteria another $300 for that and meds. She took antibiotics for over a week and no luck. She hasn't been urinating so I brought her back in yesterday to get an xray and they couldn't see anything another $200. At this point I'm told she needs her bladder emptied because it's full and they will need to have a specialist do a ultrasound on her to see what's causing the blockage quoted $800 for ultrasound and another $600-$1000 to drain her bladder and get blood work done. If surgery is needed to remove the blockage which is 95% needed it will be another $3,000 to $5000. I do have some money put away to pay for part of this but no way to pay if she needs the surgery. If I can't afford the surgery she will need to be put down. I literally am using this as a last resort in hopes anyone can donate even a dollar to help raise money for her. If you can't donate even a share would be super grateful. The thought of losing her I cannot fathom. I am one who always donates when i can and have paid for others vets bills when i could. Animals to me are just as important as children and all you dog lovers can agree 100%.All 3 of my children have had her since birth and this would be devastating to them. I called into work today to dedicate my whole day into finding a possible low cost clinic for surgery with no luck. But Lake Geneva animal hospital is seeing her at 1pm to get her ultrasound done for $400 to see what's causing this. Seeing there ultrasound price is lower I'm hoping surgery cost will be too. Anything to help my lailai bug is so much appreciated. I have receipts of everything I've paid for so far as proof this isn't a scam n my dogs life really depends on this. I will post an update after the vet visit today on what was found and what the cost will be. Thank you for taking the time and reading this and a donation or share in advance ❤️
