Ezrayel Funeral Expenses

Yesterday Ezrayel went to heaven to be with his mommy. . . I have such a big place in my heart for this little boy and often I would call him my adopted son. This is Ethan’s best friend from school. . . How do I even explain this to him? I was drawn to Ezrayel grandparents at back to school night and thought wow these grandparents decided to take care of their baby. Ezrayel always said hi to me and I was always nice to him but I couldn’t understand why my heart was drawn to this little boy. I had a voice inside me telling me to be active in his life. The next week Ethan came home very mad saying he lost a couple friends because they were telling another little boy (Ezrayel) that his mom is a nigger. He said Ezrayel became so mad and wanted to fight them but Ethan talked him out of it and stood up for Ezrayel the only black kid in his class.  Then Ethan’s turn was up to take the most important thing to school to share about himself which he choose his BEYBLADE arena no where near what Ezrayel brought with him. He took a teddy bear that his mother had given him before his mom died and told the whole class about it. . . A lump formed in my throat. Everyday I went and volunteered or played ball with the kids Ezrayel and Ethan were always next to me. Even one time a kid said I suck or something lol and Ezrayel got so mad and said “miss summer I won’t let them speak like that about you” we would talk about life and how to deal with people. Ezrayel was wiser than most of the other kids which most of the time would get him into trouble. I would always walk through the office and tell them to let him out of trouble and that boys will be boys etc. one time when I went to the school to volunteer he looked at me and said, “ I wish I had a mom here” that’s when I reminded him that he has me and his grandma. ❤️that’s when I formed a strong bond with his grandma and became committed to take Ezrayel everywhere with me and that’s the true reason I bought a 7 seat vehicle. Ezrayel was more than a friend he was family. . . Ezrayel has a brother that is now here alone and his grandparents are truly heartbroken please pray for everyone involved the driver, Ezrayel, his brother, and his grandparents. Ezrayels grandparents came here from Colorado to raise Ezrayel and his brother after their daughter died and now they are at a loss truly. I’ve kept in close contact with his grandma and they are doing everything to fly Ezrayel’s 9 year old body over here and need help please share the everywhere. If you can’t donate we understand but please do at least what you can and that’s lift them up in prayer daily and please take a second to share this. I always told him he would see his mom again but I just never it would be so soon. Ezrayel was a 9 year old boy hit and killed by a car while at his family reunion in Kansas but he was more than that he was this big hearted, funny, caring, wise, eager to learn little boy. I felt like I could’ve done more but truth is we all can we can help this family. ❤️❤️❤️ All proceeds will go directly to his grandmother Charlene Hill.
