Help Ezra Get Top Surgery!

Hey! My name is Ezra and I’m a 23-year-old transgender male (he/him) from London! 

This donation page was set-up in the hopes to fund top surgery, which is ultimately going to change my life forever and allow me to finally live comfortably with my body as well as drastically improve my mental health. Top surgery, in short, is a life-changing surgery that would alleviate an insane amount of dysphoria for me. This surgery is something I have always dreamed about as I was growing up, and continue to do so every single day. It will finally allow me to live in a body I feel comfortable in, to wake up everyday and feel happy with what I see when I look in the mirror.

I’ve had previous jobs when I was pre-T, but ultimately ended up quitting every single one due to how intense and soul-destroying my anxiety and dysphoria was. Now that I'm coming up to 3 years on testosterone it is unbelievable how much I've changed, I barely recognise who I was as a person before I started hormone replacement therapy & I'm incredibly thankful that I was able to afford private treatment for testosterone.

I’ve been on the NHS waiting list for over 4 years, and the gender clinic are only now just sorting through referrals from 2017. I’ve spent so much of my life living with a body that I don’t feel at-home in, so affording top surgery is my top priority as it is so incredibly important to me. My dysphoria is getting worse by the day as well as taking a toll on my mental health and general self-esteem, and I experience a constant state of pain in my chest due to binding for almost a decade.
