Hi, I'm Ezra and I've been nominated to attend the National Youth Leadership Conference in DC. There's just one problem, I need your help to go. I am a 6th grader and the oldest of 3 boys with my mom. I am blessed to have been able to do activities such as soccer, piano, and band through my school and other programs. While I sometimes consider myself a leader, and sometimes I don't, I am always trying to help others and find ways to make my community a better place.

I'm excited to have the chance to attend the conference in Washington DC and learn about how others have helped their community and ways that I can be a better leader, but there are costs involved. While I was born in Michigan, I currently live in Alaska and must buy my ticket to DC. Also, the conference costs $3000 for my room and board for the week.

It's a great opportunity, and I hope that you'll donate to help me to get there. My mom is doing all she can, but we need help to raise the funds.
