IT’S FINALLY HAPPENING! After 17+ years of being weighed down by my tig ol’ biddies, the time has come to chop them off so I can be comfortable in my own skin! Surgery is November 2nd and I’m desperately scrambling to pool all my resources to insure I have a comfortable recovery period.

Luckily, I’ll be able to continue working remotely for one of my jobs but my main source of income (& more physically demanding job) will be compromised since I’ll be forced to take time off while my body heals. Medical bills + rent + cost of living puts a huge dent in my funds, especially with this anticipated time off work.

I’ve spent almost three years dedicating my time & effort at The Diversity Center trying to enrich the lives of other LGBTQ folks in Santa Cruz so I’m reaching out to you—my community—to support me in these tumultuous/exciting/scary times!
