Hello,

We are Malcolm and Marivel Morrison. We are a loving family of 3; our 9 year old son Tony, our 4 year old daughter Lani, and our baby boy Ezra (who passed away today) December 7th. We received this unpredictable terrible news today @1:33pm. Marivel and I woke up this morning just like every other day and got our day started and hit the road, but something felt off because baby EZ wasn’t moving like usual and EZ is ALWAYS moving in Marivel stomach. Marivel didn’t feel him that much the last two days either, but today we didn’t feel him move not once. Taking the right steps we made the decision that we should go to the emergency just to be sure everything was ok. The doctors took Marivel immediately to labor and delivery and told me to wait outside and they will either have her come down stairs if everything is ok, or they would call me to come upstairs if something was wrong. After about 45 mins I got a call from one of the nurses and she tells me to come upstairs. My heart sunk and I immediately ran inside checked in and went upstairs. When I walked into the room it was quiet. 2 doctors and 3 nurses were in the room just starring at me and I see my wife crying on the hospital bed. I asked my wife “what happened?!, what is it??” & one of the doctors speaks up and says “I’m so sorry sir, your son has passed away, he has no heartbeat.” My world shattered and my heart stopped. I’m still lost for words, confused, and in disbelief. Our family has been hit hard by this news and brought to our knees. We are looking for help during this terrible time.
