Hi! My name is Caris. I'm nine years old and I'm fundraising for a very special cat who needs your help!

His name is Jack and he now lives at Kitty Korner Cafe, a shelter (and really cool cat-themed cafe) in Barre, VT. I started volunteering there last month and my mom and I fell in love with Jack right away because he is such a sweet cutie!

Jack came to the shelter because his owners could not afford to give him the care he needed anymore. The thing is, Jack needs surgery to remove a cyst on his face before he can be adopted. The surgery will cost $3,000 and so far the shelter has raised $700. So, I asked the shelter owner if I could start a GoFundMe for Jack and she said, "Yes!"
