wrongful arrest, Tampered evidence, denied rights

A couple weeks ago I was pulled over for no seatbelt. Yes it is safer to wear one. Yes it is the law in most places. Yes it has saved some people's life for wearing one, and yes it has killed some people's life for wearing one. After being pulled over and admittingly telling Officer R.Adler of the JSO that I do use marijuana, (yes i still have a hard time lying), he then searched the car because I do not have a medical card. Once he found a grinder and my peanut butter Jar he reported 101g of Marijuana which was one of many lies that he used to throw me in Jail for a nonviolent crime.  Yea jail no big deal right? Well jail is loaded with covid right now but for some reason this guy felt the need to throw me in there to increase his amounts of arrests. He stated how proud he was to make his Second arrest in one hour as if it was his personal best. During my time in Jail I was refused permission to use the free phone in booking.  Seven hours later once in my cell, the phones that charge for use were turned off due to covid, but hey i did get a free mask.  Also, during my 14 hour stay I was not fed one crumb. Yes it kinda sucked but no big deal. The reason I am asking for donations is to help pay my awesome, loving, thoughtful brother ( the gentleman and scholar in the middle of the photo). I was unable to contact anyone to communicate to them not to spend any money on me but am very thankful he helped me get out of a contaminated place considering I have been quareenteened (sp?) four months and unemployed without benefits. I have been lucky enough to pick up side work for June but that has come to a close. He loaded up his credit card with 2500 dollars to find me representation for this case and assure I wasn't stuck in Jail during this non moving court system time. Currently I am still unemployed and hate to see his card being charged interest without me having 2500 to drop for him. Oh yea a seat belt ticket is 114.00 and not being able to find my Florida DL but having my US passport was 134.00 ticket. So that's on there financially. Really he doesn't care about the money and I don't expect many to donate. Plus, who knows how much money this website makes off your donation to us; and, I know some of you have it particularly rough right now. I am sure some very worse than me, but I know some people are receiving 1000 dollars a week for staying home and some are lucky enough to work in a safe (?) environment at the time. So I set up one of these things for  hopefully the only time in my life. Anything helps and I am sure with us all working together we can show J-dog how much we care for him and how much we appreciate his love for me. Lots of tears as typing this just to know someone would just run a credit card like that because that's what he thought to do. Love and respect is an amazing thing carried throughout my family and friends. Government really teaching me a lesson and changing my life for the better and fixing this criminal so yall can live in a safer world right?  I mean I am 12 days off the devils cabbage at this point and yes the state is drug testing me.
