Samuel Roquette was a juvenile member of Blackrock Athletics club where he was a committed and completive individual  as well as a  good friend to all.
 
Sadly, Samuel passed away last year following a relapse of leukaemia . To commemorate our friend and team member, the club wish to erect a bench to be installed beside the clubhouse in memory of Samuel. 

As a gesture of solidarity with Samuel and his family; his friends and team members from the 2008 year age group will run a marathon on the day of his first anniversary; 13th December 2020, This will consist of 42 X 1km individual relay  legs to be run  by his team and we hope that you can donate to this event and commemorate  a very special person.

 Any surplus funds will be donated to the Blood Bikes East who supported Samuel throughout his illness.
