My beloved wife recently suffered a major heart attack and underwent emergency open-heart surgery on July 10th (last week) due to two of her artery valves being blocked. While the procedure was successful, her journey to full recovery is far from over. She also battles type 2 diabetes, which complicates her recovery and requires additional care and attention. To make matters even more challenging, she underwent her second spinal surgery on June 6th to address her herniated disk. As she faces these overwhelming challenges, we are reaching out for your support to help her get the best care possible.

Look, I’ve never been the man to ask for a hand because I’ve always ‘had it handled’. After undergoing my brain surgery, the cost of living crisis, work slowing down, my daughter pointed out “dad what about this? (About the go fund me page). My wife is a fighter, and so am I. This time, it reached a limit where I have to put my pride aside and think about my wife's health and kids- That’s to ask for help. You get a partner like her once in this lifetime, and I’m blessed to call her mine. At 44 years of age, she has dedicated her whole life to our family, including our 6 children. Our youngest are twins, aged 7. I am doing my best to juggle work, visiting her in the ICU, and taking care of the kids. Despite everything, her spirit remains unbroken, and she continues to inspire us with her strength and determination.

The road to recovery will be long and arduous, but we are determined to help her regain her health and vitality. She needs extensive physiotherapy and additional medical support to rebuild her strength and manage her diabetes. The costs associated with her recovery are significant and include: Physiotherapy sessions: Vital for her to rebuild strength and mobility after the heart attack and spinal surgery. Diabetes management: Including regular monitoring, medications, and nutritional support. Medical equipment: Such as a walker, specialized bed, and other necessary aids, along with Medication and follow-up appointments: Essential for monitoring her heart health and diabetes.
