Radio Internship in Alaska

My name is Andrew Goossen. My parents, Elwyn and Linda Goossen are serving with Avant Ministries in northeast Brazil. Dad and Mom run a Christian radio station in this spiritually needy region. I grew up helping Dad in maintaining the station.
After graduating from high school, I took a year off before going on to college. I spent this time remodeling two studios at Harvest Radio. I also took advantage of the opportunity to catch up on some of the maintenance issues that had been overlooked in the past or were extremely difficult to deal with while the studio was in use. This time taught me a lot.
Using this time, as well as my time spent at Calvary Bible College, God has directed me to pursue missions using the platform of radio. In addition to my experience growing up in Brazil helping in Christian radio, I would like to further develop my skills in broadcast. God has opened the door for me to gain more experience in this field by going on an internship at KCAM radio in Glennallen, Alaska.
KCAM is a Christian station that functions as the region's only media outlet. KCAM believes in using the power of radio to spread the Gospel message to those who are lost. They do this by providing a wide variety of programs that serve the community and benefit not only the Christian community but also the non-Christians.
While staying in Alaska, I will help out in the production of programs as well the airing of sports events. This two month internship begins on the first of March. The entire trip including living expenses will cost $3000. Since I will not receive anything for my time spent there, I will need to defer the cost on my own. That is where you come in. Would you prayerfully consider partnering with me in this opportunity that God has laid before me?
