In the last 5-6 months I have been diagnosed with heart failure with the need to get a heart transplant ASAP.

in these last 5-6 months I have been hospitalized for over 5 weeks and I have not been able to work. I am looking for help to pay monthly bills that I have not been able to do with my current condition
