Loon Bay Home Fire 01/21/2016
On Thursday, 01/21/2016 my fathers home in the Loon Bay residential area of Gun Barrel City, TX burned to the ground. Everyone was lucky enough to make it out unharmed but they have nothing left but the clothes on their backs. My dad Frank, my brother Jesse and his girlfriend Alisa have literally lost everything they owned in the home. Alisa was able to save their 3 puppies before the flames became too much, but they have nothing left. No clothing, no toothpaste, no shampoo.. everything is gone.
I created this page to help them get back on their feet. They have a place to sleep for now but we need to start rebuilding the home. Any thing you can give to help would mean the world to us right now. My father was unable to insure the home as it was under a remodel. Any donations recieved will go towards rebuilding my dads home and any clothing/toiletries that they need.
My father has worked so hard for everything that he has and he always bends over backward to help out anyone that ask for it. He taught me everything that I know and he has the kindest heart on the planet, even though hes a little hard headed. Thank you for taking the time to hear his story. I can't express how grateful we all are for all of the help.
