Extremely Confidential Top-Secret 40th Birthday Conspiracy

As many of you know, ourfavourite bearded man is about to hit a major milestone — the big 4-0! (6th July). We’ve been thinking hard about how to celebrate someone who has given us so many great memories, laughs, and playlists over the years.

For as long as anyone can remember, he has had his heart set on owning the extremely limited pressing of Sparklehorse's Box of Stars vinyl boxset — a rare and highly sought-after collection that’s every audiophile's dream (and very hard to get hold of).

The price tag +shipping from USA isn’t exactly friendly. However, Beck and I have been musing over how we could raise funds and figured what if we all chipped in and made it happen?

So, we’ve set up this little crowdfunding page with a simple goal: to give him a once-in-a-lifetime gift from all of us. A present that shows how well we know him, how much we appreciate him, and how we can turn 40 into something really special.

If you’d like to contribute — no matter how big or small — it’ll go directly toward making this dream gift a reality. We’ll wrap it up and present it to him on his birthday with a card listing everyone who made it happen and any/all of the birthday messages from this page.
